I had an issue with the collar and emailed PetPace support. After some mis-communication on my part, PetPace support helped fix the problem by replacing the collar quickly. I am happy with the support and patience the PetPace team had with my issue. My anxiety over getting the collar to work is due to my Australian Shepards seizures which have increase in length and inconsistent timing.
