What does the ‘Wellness Score’ on the PetPace App mean?

The Well-being score is a calculated parameter designed to classify pets as healthy or suffering from a medical condition. The indicator will include a probability estimate that this pet is not doing well. This AI-based algorithm was developed and validated using biometric data from thousands of healthy and sick pets.  

How does the ‘Wellness Score’ on the PetPace App work?

Following a learning period, the algorithm will provide a daily score and an indication of the change from the previous day’s score. The higher the score, the more likely it is that your pet is healthy. Receiving a low score consistently, or having a downward trend, is an indication that your pet may not be well.
