No. Each component of the PetPace system (collar and Gateway) has its own 8 digit alpha-numerical identification number. There is an additional number to identify the entire kit (the product ID). The collar ID can be found on the back of the Quick Installation Guide or on the inside of the collar. The collar ID should appear on the collar list on the web or mobile apps and is used to assign the collar to the pet.
