The data is processed and stored on the PetPace collar for at least 12 hours. When the pet returns home, all of the data is uploaded through the Gateway to the server and the data will be then available to view. Note: placing the collar on the charger before the data is uploaded to the PetPace cloud server will erase the data stored from the time away from the Gateway. Data must first be uploaded before charging.
