  5. What is the PetPace return policy?

Customers have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return the item must appear unused with all components present and in the original packaging. The item must include the receipt or proof of purchase. Once PetPace receives the item, we will inspect it and notify the customer on the status of your refund. If the return is approved we will initiate a refund to the customer’s credit card account (or original method of payment). Customer will receive the credit within a 3-5 business days, depending on the card issuer’s policies. To initiate a return, please email support@petpace.com with your request and reason for return before the 30 day period ends for information on where to ship your return.
