Our payment cycle is tied to the quarterly calendar reports. Once every quarter, we provide our valued Affiliate Marketers with a sales and revenue report linked to your unique code. Then, following this report, will issue your quarterly commission payment by Amazon gift cards around the 15th of the following month. Affiliate Marketers are only eligible for commission payments once the 30-day free return period has expired.

PetPace offers sales and revenue reports to help you track your financial performance. Each transaction is recorded in our Sales database. At the conclusion of each month, you will receive an email containing a comprehensive report on your monthly revenue.

When a customer makes a purchase using your unique code, it will be recorded as a ‘purchase in progress’ on your report until the initial 30-day period elapses. Once this time frame has passed, you will become eligible to earn a commission from that sale, and it will appear as a commission. All of these transaction details and commission updates can be reviewed within the monthly sales and revenue report, which will be sent directly to the email address you provided us.

If someone purchases a PetPace product due to my referral but forgets to use my unique code for the discount or uses a different code, do I still earn a commission on that sale?
