Read Avner’s Bio

Avner Schneur led a number of companies from early stage to IPO or other exits. Schneur is the Founder and Managing General Partner of Kormeli, LLC an investment Group dedicated to funding and guiding early-stage technology entrepreneurs and enterprises.

Schneur is chairman and board member in a number of security and enterprise software companies. In late 1999 Schneur founded Emptoris, leading Supply and Contract Mgnt. Software Company and served as the company’s Chairman, President and CEO. On December 2011 Emptoris was sold to IBM.

Prior to founding Emptoris, Schneur was the senior vice president of operations for Vectis Corporation, a leading software vendor of electronic medical records.

Before Vectis, Schneur served as vice president and chief technology officer for Astea International, a leading developer of customer interaction software, and helped lead the company to a successful IPO.

Prior to Astea, Schneur was director of Software development at Elscint, Inc., a manufacturer of high-end medical imaging systems.

Schneur Graduated Cum Laude in Industrial Engineering, with a specialty in Information Systems, from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology).



Read Udi’s Bio

Udi Dagan served in CXX (CEO/COO/CFO) roles in several startups such as Bendit Technologies , Redbend Software , Rootility and Vatbox , leading their business execution and global growth efforts.

Prior to that , Mr. Dagan worked for many years in IBM in senior roles , both in Israel and in the IBM European HQ in Paris . His last role in IBM , following the acquisition of PWC Consulting , was Israel Country Manager of IBM Business Services where he was in charge of a team of over 500 professionals in Strategy Consulting , Business Consulting, IT consulting and IT local & International projects.

Mr. Dagan holds an MBA from the UK OU Business School.

Dr. Dagan is a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP), specializing in Canine and Feline medicine. He is also certified in veterinary acupuncture by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS). In addition, he successfully completed advanced training in diagnostic ultrasound, laser surgery techniques and orthopedics.

Dr. Dagan graduated with honors from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine and was admitted to Phi-Zeta, the Veterinary Honor Society.

He practiced small animal veterinary medicine in large veterinary hospitals in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Israel, dealing with a variety of medicine, surgery and emergency cases.

Dr. Dagan also holds a LL.B degree (magna cum laude) from Tel-Aviv University Law School.

Amir Ganani is an industry veteran with over 40 years experience in system engineering and project management in various fields of electrical engineering.
Amir comes to PetPace from VocalZoom, a Start-Up company that developed a unique optical sensor, where he served as the Vice President of Research and Development. For 5 years before that Amir managed projects and products for the fast storage companies Kaminario and EMC.
Amir also worked for 10 years at Cisco, managing engineering teams that played a major part in the development of Cisco’s High-Speed Core Routers. Amir arrived to Cisco following the acquisition of Pentacom, a startup company who developed an Optical Network Concentrator. At Pentacom Amir was the HW engineering manager, and after managing the hardware group of Harmonic Lightwaves in Israel for 3 years Amir spent 8 years in the silicon valley, developing High-Speed Super Computer I/O and networking systems, and different kind of appliances (Video Phones, Fax Network devices, Video compression cards, etc.)
Amir holds a BSc.EE from the Technion, Israel.

Amit Lasry has over 10 years of experience in Software Development.
Before joining PetPace, he was a Co-founder and CTO at Gambit, responsible for R&D plans and development.

Prior to that, he managed software teams at Supersonic and Traiana.
Amit served as an Intelligence Task Force Leader in the Israeli Defense Forces.
He is 8200 Alumni and holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
